IAE would like to take this opportunity to congratulate both Archie Hughes (pictured left) and Joseph Lavender (pictured right) on completing their apprenticeship and successfully graduating at the Staffordshire & Stoke-On-Trent Apprenticeship Graduation Awards, held at Staffordshire County Showground on Tuesday 27th June.
To celebrate their achievement, Archie was joined by his manager Ian Fallows (Project Engineering Manager) and Joseph was joined by his manager, Dave Marshal (Business Technology Manager).
Archie and Joseph joined IAE in 2021 with Archie embarking on an Engineering Operative Apprenticeship and Joseph on a Software Development Apprenticeship.
Archie has since enrolled on a level 4 Engineering Manufacturing Technician Apprenticeship to continue with his development, ensuring he develops the necessary skills, knowledge and behaviours required to take him to the next level within his engineering career.
Joseph also plays a key and pivotal role as part of the Business Technology Team in ensuring the organisation is up to date with ever-changing IT technology.
The team at IAE would like to thank both Archie and Joseph for their hard work and commitment and very much look forward to monitoring their development over the next few years as valued members of the IAE family.
IAE is committed to investing heavily in apprentices across the organisation with apprentices developing in key roles in Procurement, Finance, Sales, HR, Health & Safety, Engineering and Manufacturing, with a further eleven apprentices looking to graduate within the next few months.
