Overview

Guides can be used to protect racking, equipment and machines from potential damage caused by forklift trucks and moving vehicles, or for guiding lorry’s into the correct position in front of the dock and minimising damage to dock equipment.

  • Many of our products can be finished in highly visible yellow paint for greater hazard awareness.
  • We can provide above ground guides if required, but these must be installed onto a concrete base.
  • Different sizes available on request to suit your requirements.
  • Straight and flared versions available to suit your requirements.

SWG-05: Straight wheel guide, 168 dia. tubular steel, 2 metres long x 315mm high (min.)

SWG-10: Straight wheel guide, 168 dia. tubular steel, 3 metres long x 315mm high (min.)

CWG-05: Cranked bolt down wheel guide, 139 dia. tubular steel, cranked one end, 2 metres long x 150mm high.

CWG-05HD: Cranked bolt down wheel guide, 168 dia. tubular steel, cranked one end, 2 metres long x 180mm high.

 

Our Industrial division has traditionally designed and supplied fencing perimeter solutions, however in recent years developments in our manufacturing capabilities has enabled us to offer a wider product range which now includes impact protection suitable for use inside large buildings, warehouses and large-scale distribution sheds that are becoming increasingly popular in the UK.

Our Bespoke Industrial department has designed and supplied several full fit out packages for several large-scale distribution sheds. We are proud to have supplied our products to some of the UK’s leading distribution centres such as: Amazon, Marks & Spencer, Lidl and Sports Direct. We are able to supply many different types of internal protection equipment, which includes internal mezzanine edging protection, bollards and column protectors as well supplying additional external features such as off highway barriers and wheel guides.

Whilst devising a bespoke design for each individual solution, we can and will theoretically and physically load test each system to ensure they meet the relevant standards of the customer.
