Apprentices Callum and Keeley Graduate from their Apprenticeships

This week we are congratulating Callum and Keeley who have completed their Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeships and celebrated by attending a special graduation ceremony hosted by Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent College.

Since joining IAE in 2022, Callum and Keeley have been studying hard to complete their apprenticeship whilst working in the HR and Transport and Logistics departments respectively. This week, all of their hard work paid off when they attended the graduation for their course alongside 100 other students who were also graduating from their apprenticeships.

The day began with them arriving at Staffordshire County Showground and collecting their gown ahead of the commencement of the ceremony. During the ceremony, several speeches were made by notable people and each student was individually presented with their Certificate of Achievement on stage.

Callum and Keeley are two of 25 apprentices currently on scheme at IAE. To support the learning and training of our apprentices, we recently opened the Apprenticeship Development Centre. This purpose-built training centre gives our apprentices a designated space to learn and develop their skills, creating the ideal environment for them to nurture their skills under the guidance of our training team.

Callum said: “I have enjoyed the apprenticeship, it has made me develop new skills in the workplace and improved my knowledge which I use on a day to day basis. Throughout my apprenticeship I have been trusted to handle projects and develop new processes in the company, this has made me feel as a key part of the team at IAE.”
