"I joined IAE eight months ago and have developed many skills during this time. I am lucky to be given plenty of responsibility as part of my role, meaning that I have had the opportunity take ownership of several projects. "I joined IAE 21 years ago as a welder constructing water troughs and tanks. In 2010 I progressed to be a team leader, before progressing again in 2013 to be a shift supervisor. I now oversee the day to day running of an entire production facility which includes robotic and automated laser cutting.
