In October 2022 IAE gained ISO 9001:2015 Certification. This Quality Management standard aims to improve the quality of products and services and consistently meet the expectations of customers.
This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good-quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.
Gaining the ISO 9001 certification marks the beginning of an exciting chapter for IAE, as we will use the accreditation as a catalyst to acquire new markets and business, whilst also continually improving our position within our existing markets.
