5 out of 5 stars

  • "Joining IAE has been a fantastic experience. In just 4–5 months, I’ve gained valuable skills working with a wide variety of engineering software packages and tools. The hands-on learning and mentorship from experienced team members have been invaluable as I grow in my role. IAE’s welcoming workplace culture and strong sense of community make it a great place to work. The people are supportive, and the company’s strong reputation initially drew me in. I’ve already recommended IAE to others because of the professional growth opportunities and the positive environment. For anyone joining, my advice is to ask questions, embrace learning, and make the most of the supportive community here."

  • "I’ve been with IAE for 24 months, starting out in the stores area operating the forklift before moving into commodity sales and now technical sales. Along the way, I’ve gained a wide range of skills, including FLT training, communication, and the ability to read technical drawings. I’ve also grown a lot personally, developing lasting friendships within the company. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role has been getting involved in events like the Young Farmers shows, helping with tours, and supporting the team. IAE has been incredibly supportive of my professional growth, with my manager offering great guidance both at work and with personal matters. I really enjoy working in a job I’m passionate about, where the atmosphere is friendly, energetic, and fun. I’d definitely recommend IAE to others for its supportive team and positive environment. My advice for newcomers: stay open-minded, listen, and don’t be afraid to speak up!"

  • "I’ve been with the company for 14 years. I started out on the shop floor on the sheeting line and gained experience working in various departments, including equestrian, sheeting, and fitting up. One of the most rewarding projects I’ve worked on was creating items for Queen Elizabeth’s stables and the royal family—it was an unforgettable experience. IAE has supported my professional growth tremendously, giving me the opportunity to progress from the shop floor to my current role as Team Leader, which I’ve held for seven years. A typical day in my role can be chaotic, but it’s always enjoyable. I spend my time planning work, making sure the team has the necessary fittings, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. I first joined IAE because a family member got me a job here after I left school, and I’ve been here ever since. What I love most about working at IAE is the people and the positive, friendly environment—it really feels like one big family. I would absolutely recommend working here because IAE has a bright future ahead. My advice for anyone starting at IAE is to take your time, always listen, and don’t hesitate to use the helping hand that’s available."

  • "Working at IAE for the past seven years has been incredibly rewarding. Starting as a business admin apprentice, I’ve gained valuable skills in finance, communication, and administration, far beyond what I learned in school. I’ve particularly enjoyed working on large projects and supporting the Centrewire side of the business. IAE’s supportive environment and positive culture have been key to my growth, with managers and colleagues always encouraging learning and development. The dynamic nature of my role keeps things interesting, and I love the people and the quality products we create. I’ve even recommended IAE to family and friends because it’s such a great place to work. My advice for newcomers: don’t be afraid to speak up and embrace the opportunities here."
