Apprentice Welder
"I like that IAE has given me the opportunity to understand every process that is involved within the business, from manufacturing to sales. The apprenticeship itself has helped me become a better version of myself and helped me to understand my career aspirations. It is clear IAE value their apprentices and I would not hesitate in recommending IAE to my friends."
Chloe Pickin
Level 3 Engineering Apprentice
"I’ve had the chance to work on rewarding projects, all of which have helped me grow professionally. I’ve been given the chance to take on my own responsibilities and contribute to the day-to-day running of the sales office, all while studying at university. The family-run culture and positive team environment make it a great place to work. I would highly recommend IAE to anyone eager to grow, learn, and progress in their career. My advice to newcomers is to embrace change, listen to your mentors, and give your work the quality it deserves—you’ll be rewarded for it."
Jack Twigge
Chartered Business Management Degree Apprentice
"I chose to apply for an apprenticeship at IAE after being given a tour of the factory, I was surprised by the level of technology and by how clean the site was. As a Level 3 Apprentice I have had the opportunity to work within many departments, which in turn has taught me lots of new skills, including programming and welding."
Adam Wilde
Apprenti PEO niveau 3
"I’ve been with IAE for about 15 months, and it’s been a truly fulfilling experience. I’ve gained valuable skills in finance, administration, and problem-solving, as well as increased confidence in my role. One of the most rewarding tasks I’ve worked on was streamlining the stationery process, using budgeting techniques and improving workflows. I’ve loved being here so far and would absolutely recommend IAE to others for its family-like atmosphere where you truly feel valued. My advice to anyone starting at IAE is to take every opportunity to build your skills—you get out what you put in!"
Scarlett Simspon

"Every week is different and because I have been trained in each department, I have become an asset to the business and can be flexible in which area I am needed. The supervisors and management team are very supportive and provide frequent reviews to evaluate progress and to discuss areas I have excelled in and areas to improve."
