Robert Johnson

Rob joined the business as a member of the Agricultural sales team in 2008 at the age of 29. Prior to joining the business Rob enjoyed a successful career as a mechanical engineer in the automotive industry sector.

Robs technical background and passion for sales meshed perfectly with the companies strong manufacturing and family business values. He progressed quickly through various roles in the agricultural sales department before taking the position as an Area Sales Manager. This position proved to be a great springboard to a senior management position leading all aspects of the UK Agricultural sales business.

In September 2024 Rob was promoted to the position of Divisional Director of Agriculture, where he’ll be driving the global growth strategy for Agricultural and Equestrian products.
