Congratulations Paul on your retirement after 23 years of service!

After 23 years at IAE, this week Paul hangs up his overalls to begin his well earned retirement, which will be spent undertaking projects around the house and going on lots of holidays!

Paul first joined IAE in November 2000 as a production welder and continued in this role right up until this week! Paul has been an integral part of our of production team, MIG welding a multitude of components for our vast product range.  His wealth of knowledge and skill which he has built up over the last two decades have enabled him to take on the most challenging of welding tasks, and as part of this, Paul has fabricated many of the bespoke products and fittings we supply to Roundhouses all over Europe. It is these challenges which have kept Paul at IAE for so long.

Over the last 23 years Paul has seen the company grow immensely, and notes particularly the advances in welding technology that he has witnessed over his career at IAE. He will miss the people he has had the pleasure of working with, and particularly the banter they share on a daily basis.
