IAE to display the first Wireless Loadbars in the UK at the LAMMA Show 2022

For many years IAE have been distributers of Gallagher Weighing and EID Equipment. On behalf of Gallagher, at the LAMMA 2022 Show, IAE will display their new Wireless Loadbars which are the first of their kind in the UK.

The Wireless Loadbars have already debuted earlier this month at the Dairy-Tech show and were noted by the Farmers Weekly as one of their top 5 kit highlights from the event.

The new Wireless Loadbars are available in two weight options- 2,500kg(600mm) or 5,000kg(1000mm). Making use of Bluetooth, the Loadbars are able to easily and quickly connect to a Weigh Scale or to a mobile phone by downloading the Gallagher Animal Performance app.

The Animal Performance app delivers an all-in-one software solution which allows you to view and track livestock performance anywhere, at any time, from multiple devices. In doing all this it provides meaningful insights and simple data analysis, allowing livestock farmers to make better informed business decisions.

The launch of these Wireless Loadbars from Gallagher is driven by the concept of making on farm weighing as easy and consistent as possible. In the past, common issues with traditional Loadbars have been cable failure or damage which prevents an accurate weight to be passed onto the weigh scale. The new Wireless Loadbars completely eradicate such problems.

Additional features of the Wireless Loadbars includes only being active when a weight is sensed upon them. This means a larger lifespan for the lithium batteries that power the Loadbars. Gallagher suggests that based on four hours of weighing a week, the batteries should be capable of lasting for 10 years.

The new Wireless Loadbars from Gallagher will be displayed on the IAE stand at LAMMA (Hall 19 stand 19.4), where customers will be able engage with them and gain a deeper understanding of how they work from our team of specially trained experts.
