David Lovatt

David, who originally came from an agricultural background, sought to deepen his interests by starting his career at IAE in 1988 as a machine operator and forklift driver. His hands-on skills and expertise in manufacturing quickly earned him recognition.

After serving as the assistant works manager in the agricultural division for 18 months, David progressed to the role of works manager for the newly established fencing division. During his tenure, he successfully transformed the division into a market leader by tripling both production and workforce levels.

In 2007, David was appointed as a Director and remains actively engaged in all facets of the business today.
