IAE`s Customer Service Team provide the primary point of contact between the business and its customers once goods have been dispatched. Their main role is to resolve customer complaints and queries and to manage product exchanges or returns.
We are looking for an assistant to provide administrative support to Customers Service Personnel and to act as a communication channel between Customer Services and other departments, and to track, chase and advise on manufacturing and logistical activities linked to case resolution. You may on occasion be required to provide administrative support to other departments
Some of the tasks that the successful candidate may be expected to perform are:
·Entering Case information onto IAE`s database
·Create & amend Sales Orders
·Arrange collections for product returns
·Arrange dispatch of new or replacement goods
·Issuing refunds or credit notes
·Communicate solutions to customers
·Assist with Case investigations & resolution
·Field first line calls from customers.
As well as good administrative skills, the successful candidate will have a polite, friendly and tactful manner. The ability to remain patient and to communicate well with both customers and colleagues is essential.
Although knowledge of IAE’s products or previous experience is not a necessity it may help your application. The successful candidate should:
·Have a confident phone manner
·Be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
·Display organisational skills
·Possess good attention to detail
·Possess the ability to communicate confidently at all levels
