IAE were approached by DHL to redevelop, build, galvanise and supply 2000 parcel cages that would be suitable for moving parcels around the world. Utilising latest generation 3D design and analysis software, we were able to competitively price the project which has been managed by IAE’s Bespoke Solutions department from start to finish. The results of the analysis, which was performed upon an on-screen prototype, proved the new design to be much stronger and durable than previous cage designs, as well as being built and finished to a higher standard.

By making best use of IAE’s extensive and considerable manufacturing capabilities, which includes automated manufacturing processes, we were able to complete all 2000 cages ahead of schedule and within the budget.
