Do you deliver on your own vehicles?

Yes we do , we have our own fleet of modern satellite tracked vehicles, which all have off loading facilities.

Do you make special/longer stables?

No, however our standard Moorland range and the MAGIC bracket can cater for most situations.

How are the stables supplied?

Flat packed and secure.

How much assembly do I need to do on site?

The doors will be fitted up, the other parts will need to be installed following the easy and comprehensive installation guides that are sent with each unit.

Do you deliver direct to site?

Yes, sometimes we will have to add an extra charge for this depending on location and access.

Can I have a different colour plastic?

Stock stables are Brown plastic only.

Would you supply hardwood or treat the softwood for me?

To keep costs very competitive we don’t offer either of these things.

Can I get this through my local IAE Stockist?

Yes, this is often the best way.

Do you make a Horse Stock?

Do you make full height hayracks for your stables?

Not currently.

I have had something from you previously, can I have something to match it?

The Moorland range has been based on all the best features of our previous designs so we won’t make something to match exactly, but we’re confident that you’ll find the Moorland range to be a superb addition to your other stables.

What fire rating does the plastic have?

IAE PETG UV has been tested in accordance with the following internationally recognised standards for fire safety performance:
BS476:part 7:1987UL 94
NF F 16-101/102
DIN 4102
IEC 695(glow wire test)
IEC 112/ASTM d3638

Does the plastic have any UV protection?

Yes, unlike some suppliers IAE only use PETG UV plastic glazing with protection on both surfaces against the suns UV radiation.

What maintenance is required?

We recommend cleaning your shelter a few times a year with warm soapy water or a jet washer if available and periodically check fixtures and fittings are secure.

Can a shelter be bolted to tarmac?

No you cannot bolt a shelter straight to tarmac, concrete pockets would need to be cast first, then you can bolt them straight to concrete.

Do the shelters come flat packed?

Yes, but assembly is simple and instructions are provided

Do you offer an installation service?

Yes we can offer both a supply only or supply and fix service for our shelters

Do you supply and install?

No we only supply, but work closely with fencing contractors across the country that we could recommend.

Do you take credit card payments?

Yes we do , you can either pay by credit or debit card however there is a 2.6% card charge for the use of a credit card, payment is also accepted by cheque or bacs transfer.

Are your products manufactured in the U.K?

Yes we have our own modern factory with laser cutting, robotic welding and modern folding and bending machines, all our products are galvanised at our own in-house facililty.

Do your materials comply to the relevant British Standard?

Yes, all our products are manufactured to the British Standard where applicable

Can you supply a drawing or specification?

Yes, there is a download facility with each product on our website, simply fill in the form to receive your drawing.

Can we have a delivery on a specific day?

We try and work closely with all our customers requirements and needs

What are your delivery costs?

Carriage: Included on orders over £1750.00 only. If less than £1750.00 , a minimum delivery charge of £110.00 will be applicable dependant on delivery destination. (This does not include for unloading costs)

Could we collect our order ?

Yes you can, we would need 72 hours prior notice in order to get your order ready for collection

Do you carry stables in stock?

Yes, the rationalisation of our equestrian range has meant that we can put Moorland stables into our other extensive stock lines meaning that they should be available to you when you need them most.

What is IAE an acronym of?

How can I buy your products?

We have a large network of stockists and dealers all across the United Kingdom, who have access to our entire range of products. You can buy our products through them. How do you make your deliveries?

We have a fleet of modern, satellite tracked, articulated vehicles supplying our goods into our stockists on a regular basis. They are all branded with our company logo, if you see one, give us a wave!

Where are you based?

On a purpose built 30+ acre site in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire with excellent transport links.

What is hot dip galvanising?

It is the process of protecting mild steel on the outer and inner surfaces by submerging it in molten zinc, which bonds to form a long lasting protective coating. There is a British Standard for this (BS EN ISO 1471) and all of our goods will be finished to that standard using this process where appropriate. Who does your hot dip galvanising?

We do, we are very conscious of being able to control the quality of finish of our products by utilising our own purpose built galvanising plant at our main site in Stoke-on-Trent.

Do your prices include VAT?

No, unless stated all prices are exclusive of VAT.

I have a project where I need to have things specially made to fit, can you help me?

Yes. We have a dedicated and experienced sales team available to help you take your project, whatever the size, from concept to delivery.
